How often do we meet?
Most clients meet once a week or every two weeks, depending on their goals and schedule.
How do we meet?
We meet via Zoom, phone, or in-person—whatever works best for you.
What will we work on?
We start by defining your core values and your big career goals, then tackle everything from resume strategy to interview prep, salary negotiation, and more.
Can I choose which career coach I work with?
Absolutely! We’ll match you with the right coach, but you’ll always have a say in the process.
How soon will I see results?
It’s impossible to say as each person and situation is different. I’ve worked with some clients that landed the very first job they applied to and others that took longer. The general consensus in the job search industry is that you could expect it to take 3-6 months.
What do you guarantee?
I guarantee if you do the work, in a timely manner, you’ll maximize your chances of being seen by the ‘right’ people that leads to conversations and interviews that leads to offers.
How much work / time will it take?
Each person is different and the amount of work and time it’ll take is entirely up to you. I’ve laid out The Job Seeker 6 in iterations and bit-sized chunks. Each chunk builds on the next. My suggestion is to do as much work in the shortest time possible to write and improve your resume - this is often the hardest and longest step. Once you have a great resume - the other steps typically take less time.
